BE A MIND HERO!

Your mental health is like your superpower—it helps you feel strong and happy every day. But… if you ignore it, you might feel tired, sad, or stressed.

Just like superheroes train their bodies, you can train your mind too!

Here are 5 hero tips:

  1. Talk about your feelings – Even heroes ask for help! Share with a friend, parent, or teacher.
  2. Take breaks – When things feel tough, pause like a hero before the next mission.
  3. Do what you love – Play, draw, read, or listen to music. Fun gives you energy!
  4. Be kind to yourself – Heroes make mistakes too. Say: “I’ll try again!”
  5. Sleep well – Every hero needs rest to recharge their powers.

Remember: Your mind is your greatest power. Take care of it and you’ll be unstoppable!
