PAST PASSIVE

Remember!! We use the past passive when something was done by someone at sometime in the past. 

We make the past passive using was/were + past participle (3rd column). We start the sentence with the object. It is not always necessary to add who or what did the action.

Active : The teacher corrected the mistakes. 

Passive: The mistakes were corrected by the teacher.
